Zapier

Trigger Zaps from messaging events without writing code.

If your platform offers the Zapier app, you can connect it from Integrations → Zapier in your dashboard and pick events as Zap triggers. You do not need anything on this page to use Zapier normally.

How it works

Zapier subscribes to events with REST hooks under https://app.example.com/zapier. The key it uses needs the salesbot:zapier:hooks permission.

Request	What it does
GET /zapier/me	Checks the connection and lists the available events.
POST /zapier/subscribe	Subscribes a target_url to an event. Returns 201 with the hook id (or 200 if it already existed).
POST /zapier/unsubscribe	Removes the hook with the given id.
GET /zapier/sample/{event}	Returns a sample payload so you can map fields in the Zap editor.

Errors you may see: unknown_event, invalid_target_url, too_many_hooks and zapier_not_connected.

For your own code, use webhooks instead. They are signed, retried and have a delivery history.
